2. Scope of Advisory Services & Coverage Limits
homewarrantyadvisor.info operates as a dedicated digital advisor and administrative coordinator for home improvement, preventative maintenance, structural repairs, electrical systems, plumbing networks, solar installations, and home equipment protection. The information, recommendations, plan comparisons, and cost estimations provided on homewarrantyadvisor.info are compiled for general educational and planning purposes to assist property owners in selecting suitable protection options. While homewarrantyadvisor.info strives to ensure all displayed plan parameters, technical specs, and contractor credentials remain accurate and up-to-date, actual repair execution and hardware coverage boundaries are governed by specific written agreement contracts executed between property owners and dispatched service specialists. homewarrantyadvisor.info does not guarantee that every residential failure or pre-existing structural defect will qualify for immediate non-deductible coverage under basic plans. Pre-existing system defects, intentional mechanical damage, code violations preceding contract enrollment, or unauthorized third-party alterations may be excluded from standard warranty benefits as stipulated in individual contract schedules. Users are encouraged to carefully read all service contract documentation issued via homewarrantyadvisor.info prior to signing final work orders. Our advisory staff reserves the right to decline service requests or modify coverage recommendations based on property safety inspections conducted by certified technicians.
